How is the free tier metered?
Daily, not monthly: about 300 runs and 300,000 token units a day, refilled every UTC day. Runs and tokens are separate — spending runs never touches tokens — and it is one bucket across all your workflows, whatever triggers them. Included tokens cover flash models on the OpenRouter Chat Model node, with no key of your own attached. That model must be the workflow’s only connection. Add any other step that needs a credential and the whole run leaves the free tier.
What happens past the free tier?
The rates are above, and they bill from your Workflow balance — the money you add here. Deposits to your Workflow balance are 1:1. The token rates apply only to calls on our key past today’s units, and the frontier rate already reflects that ten times. Paying for one run without a balance carries a $0.001 payment-processing fee; running from a funded balance carries none. After a workflow pauses, reactivate it once the midnight UTC reset lands, or add funds and reactivate now. A webhook run with no balance is refused rather than billed. How to add funds

What it costs to sell
Other people can run your workflow and pay you for each run. You set your price; the only cut is 10% when you cash out. The cash-out fee is a constant in the contract. Changing it means a new contract address anyone can see.

- Two fees, both published: $0.001 per pay-as-you-go run, and 10% once at cash-out, fixed in the contract. Every other price is on this page.
- Every paid run leaves a receipt on a public ledger: what was held, what was charged, what came back. A free run moves nothing.
- Held funds sit in a contract the operator cannot draw on. A governance multisig can freeze or recover funds for legal compliance, and that, too, is a public transaction.
